We offer individual and group outpatient therapy for clients ages 12 and older, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellness, recovery, and personal growth.
Community-Based Mental Health Services
(Crisis Services & MH Skill Building)
We offer a range of structured mental health services designed to meet individuals where they are, whether at home, in the community, or in our clinic. Our community-based services provide in-home and on-site support for those experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, with a focus on crisis stabilization and mental health skill-building.

LCSW Licensure Supervision
We provide clinical supervision for MSWs pursuing LCSW licensure in Virginia and New York. Our supervision is rooted in ethical practice, clinical growth, and professional development tailored to your goals and areas of specialization.
