We offer individual and group outpatient therapy for clients ages 12 and older, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellness, recovery, and personal growth.
Community-Based Mental Health Services

Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
We offer a range of structured mental health services designed to meet individuals where they are—whether in the home, community, or clinic. Our community-based services provide in-home and on-site support for those experiencing emotional or behavioral crises, focusing on crisis stabilization and mental health skill-building. For individuals needing more support than traditional outpatient therapy, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers multiple weekly sessions centered on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and coping skills to promote long-term stability and healing.
LCSW Licensure Supervision
We provide clinical supervision for MSWs pursuing LCSW licensure in Virginia and New York. Our supervision is rooted in ethical practice, clinical growth, and professional development tailored to your goals and areas of specialization.
