Leyana Stevenson LCSW, MAC, CSAC, CSOTP

I’m the Owner, Clinical Director, and Lead Clinician at Complete Adult & Family Care, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Virginia and New York. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, substance use, grief, sexual assault, gender transitions, and parenting challenges, using CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients feel more supported and empowered.

Shameka White, MSW, Supervisee in Social Work

I’m Shameka White, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals facing depression, anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, grief, single parenting, and relationship struggles, with a special focus on premarital counseling and purpose discovery. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and specialize in supporting nurses, teachers, students, single mothers, survivors of intimate partner violence, veterans, and college students on their path to healing and fulfillment.

As a therapist in Virginia with a background in ABA therapy and intensive in-home services, I work with clients facing anxiety, ADHD, depression, body dysphoria, and trauma. I use an integrative approach rooted in empowerment, CBT, systems theory, and mindfulness to help clients build confidence and take control of their healing journey.
